Allow me to start this by saying......I purchased a used vehicle on 2-28-2013. It came with a "100% parts and labor" warranty. im continue by saying that the service I was provided by this group is total vehicle on 2-28-2013. Please read the rest of this before realizing what you may be getting into I found 3 problems with my car, following the purchase. 1st off the power liftgate wasn't working.2nd the Microsoft sync was not responding, I asked about that at the dealership, and was told it probably needed a software update. 3rd the radio/climate controls stops working sometimes. I made multiple calls to the dealership over several days, (10 to be exact) I got no responses. I finally called the guy who sold me the car.....no response. the next day I called again. no response. then called the Operations director, I got a response pretty fast from him. at the same time I spoke with the salesman, who then scheduled me a service 6 days later. in that time I decided to take my car to my local Ford dealer and get the 2nd key made, which they refused to have made for me, and get the problems diagnosed. That Ford Dealer advised they could fix it all in about 2 days, no problems. when I took my car in for repair, they had someone look at it and advised they needed to send it out to their preferred Ford dealer for advising them on repairs. so that happened. I drove home a loaner car. I then called every day checking on my car like clock work. every day I was told the same thing, "your car is at University Ford being looked at, and we haven't heard anything yet. " this same thing was told to me every day from March 21st - 28th, when I personally drove after hours to look in their lot, and see if my car was there. GUESS what I FOUND on the night of the 28th????? MY CAR.....that had not been moved since I dropped it off. no mechanic matts in the floor.....it had appeared to not been touched. I was absolutely angry at that point. I sent an email to the Operations director that night, expressing that I was very unhappy about this. He replied to me the next morning, stating that the service had to be scheduled, and that everything is being done to put me back into my car. Well it did go the day of the 29th, and was returned, unrepaired. for the next week or so, I called everyday, just like clockwork checking on my car. I was told every day the same thing as before. University ford has the car, and they are waiting on the parts, so my car could be repaired. Now.....this has all been a month or so...I finally fed up....started making calls. University ford looked at my car on the 29th of March, and sent it back unrepaired, they had not seen the car since. my car mysteriously shows up on Saturday April 6th after hours at County Ford in Graham NC.. I know most of them there personally. I had already taken the car there before to be diagnosed. Now......if my car is supposed to be at university ford in Chapel Hill......waiting on parts.....how did it end up there? the service dept found the Keys in the drop box Monday morning so I am told by them. I received a phone call from county ford advising me of the repairs that Sport durst approved and the others they did not approve. I then attempted several times throughout the day in making contact with them in regards to the declines of repairs. No such luck. I received a call when Sport Durst personnel picked up my car, which is only about 2 miles from my home. I jumped in the car and caught up with them on the interstate. I followed them to Sport Durst dealership and waited for the call about my car. I waited only a few minutes and picked up my car with only one of the items repaired. I expressed my HUGE disappointment to the service staff in the office. After all of this......I have sent out several emails to concerning persons at Sport Durst group, and have heard nothing in return. I even gave them an ample amount of time to authorize County Ford to finish repairing my vehicle under the 100% parts and labor package my vehicle came with. In my emails I made it perfectly clear that I was unhappy with this entire venture, and have heard nothing in return. I could have been happy with just getting my car repaired like it was supposed to be. Like the salesman told me it would be. Like the operations director told me it would be. But now 6 weeks later.....Im a completely unsatisfied customer. So....buyer beware.....watch out for the "rope a dope"......they got me. I know this deal could have gone so much better. I feel like I have been SPIT on by this dealerships service. Maybe I need a lawyer to help me. CALL ME.....THIS CAN CHANGE Les Willoughby More

Great overall experience.William Mills was very pleasant and funny but most of all he knew what he is selling no matter what make we were looking at.He took his time and explained each model we were conside and funny but most of all he knew what he is selling no matter what make we were looking at.He took his time and explained each model we were considering so we could make an informed decision.David Dowdy was also very nice and informative.A breeze to work with and was very organized.We were in and out but felt at was done professionally.Elizabeth Parsons did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles on the car we selected .She was also very pleasant. Now,not all was chocolates and roses.i'am not going to pump sunshine up your a..! the person behind the ivory tower didn't want to work the prices on a certain few cars i was looking at.I guess it's the "no haggle " price, but xxxx i like haggeling.Anyhow thanks for going to bat for me William,i apperciate all yor hard work. My hat is off to the crew at Sport Durst. I was greeted on the lot before entering building for my appointment . Upon entering greeted again and ask if someone could assist me. I was directed to customer service desk where a nice happy and very informed lady "snagged" a salesman to help with my car needs immediately ( I had missed my appointment by 2 hours ). Sorry i failed to get the young ladies name , but she was, and is fantastic ! I explained my needs to salesman Mike Wehbi, and my income restrictions ,past bankruptcy . We had lots of hurdles to dodge but between Mike and the finance team all was handled in a timely professional manner.. Also a special "Thanks " to David Dowdy", the finance manager who over saw my financing .Definitely a "10" top rating in his field.Very professional and easy to deal with Delt with many auto finance people over the years but David was the best and certainly the kindest and understanding of any i have dealt with In years gone by I worked in 2 dealerships beginning as "parts delivery person , than on to shipping and receiving , parts counter sales , and parts manager over a 10 year period of time. I say this to validate my rating of Sport Durst . Well aware of how bad or how good an auto dealer experience can be. Sport Durst is tops in the" good dealer group" in my opinion. Recently i did an internet search on autos and received many calls and emails from various dealers. one dealer finance manager called my home prior to my visit to let me know i didn't have enough monthly income for a loan ,another dealer i visited , , set my appointment for a visit , upon arrival i looked at 3 new cars in front of show room , than i entered show room and looked at a new car inside, than i strolled around and found brochures on the vehicle i intended to buy, after about 15 minutes of looking , strolling and picking up brochures i politely left . No one greeted me , no hello , no goodbye, Felt like i did not exist. Thankfully Sport Durst was on the ball , the salesman who greeted me upon arrival on the lot, had a customer , but he took the time to say Hi and ask if i needed help , and directed me inside to where i was greeted and helped immediately! Thus Sport Durst has earned my business and i hope to direct others to this auto group. Elizabeth explained all the features of my new auto upon delivery ,well informed of product and very easily understood and very pleasant .She even walked me over to parts department to get the spare key i wanted., and walked me back to car. . Last but not least my hat is off to Mike Wehbi, my salesman, who took the brunt of dealing with me and also the finance team and asked lots of questions in order to help me get the auto i wanted and the financing and very close to the payment i was searching for. I know I was a hard customer to satisfy with all the obstacles but i never heard "we can't do that" Such a professional smooth operation I have never seen in all 37 years of buying autos and working within dealerships.I purchased my first new auto in 1976 and many new and used over the years but never have i had such a positive experience with an auto group as i just had with Sport Durst Millennium Auto Group.
