Barby saved the day! We started the day knowing we needed a car within a week. Both our cars are over 11 years old and I had just found a buyer for my old sports car. We We started the day knowing we needed a car within a week. Both our cars are over 11 years old and I had just found a buyer for my old sports car. We did our car research and investigations on the internet. Also, I am a frequent business traveler, so I have already driven a number of different makes and models of vehicles. We had an idea of what we were looking for. We went to a number of dealerships that day. Sport Mazda was our last stop. We were already burnt out from dealing with dealerships and sales who would not let us walk away even after we flat out said not interested. Barby met us at in the lot with a smile, pleasantly introduced herself, and asked how she could help us. Not once was there any pressure from Barby. She was only concerned about making sure she explored all options for what we were looking for. She literally took us on a tour of the very large car lot showing us what she thought would fit our description. Ultimately, Barby showed us a Mazda CX-5 we were very so interested in that we test drove it. All the while, Barby was always pleasant and helpful. We wanted to continue looking, but also wanted to 'reserve' the CX-5 we test drove. Barby made arrangements for the car to be left alone until we decided. After looking at more cars and a little while later, we drove off the lot owning that CX-5. I can not express how wonderful Barbi and others we met at the dealership were. Particularly after a long day of dealing with multiple car dealerships. By the way, the very first numbers they handed us for financing the car were lower than what I had worked out in my head. That made us very happy. Immediately after we settle the sale of my car, we plan on getting another car. We are going back to Sports Mazda and Barbi. More
