He was very thorough in getting all paperworks done. I was able to get out of the dealership in just a few hours, and yes, with my brand new Mazda 6. He was also able to arrange my schedule for the "Zurich" product application before he let me get out. It is also worth mentioning that I had a great experience with the service department. Steve was early at the service center on Labor day and did a magnificent job on my car. I think that nobody could have done the job any better.
