I came to test drive on a Friday night, and Kerwin and the staff had me on my way with new car about 2 hours later. Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service when the new Mazda6 I purchased had a problem that could not be remedied at the dealership. My salesman Kyle Whitten, New Car Sales Manager Josh, and General Manager Dan all went the extra mile to make sure that I was a 100% satisfied customer. They found me a replacement vehicle from another dealer within 2 days and went the extra mile by delivering the car to me at my home, since I lived an hour away from the dealership. They also apologized for their inability to solve the problem and compensated me for the disappointment I felt when my new car had to be exchanged. I could not be happier with their commitment to customer service. Kyle Whitten, my salesman, made buying a new car a pleasurable experience. He was knowledgeable about the features of the new Mazda6 and let the car sell itself rather than being pushy. Kyle and I negotiated a price that worked for both of us and there were no games or false promises. He went to bat for me and got me a great price on both my trade-in car and options on my new vehicle. Rey Altamonte, the Finance Manager at Sport Mazda, clearly explained all my funding options as well as some additional vehicle protection packages. Again the presentation was informational and there was no pressure to buy anything or to finance my purchase. Also I was very impressed with the Sport Mazda Service Department. Don Larson, not only made a warranty repair on my 2006 Mazda 6, but also, at my request, investigated an oil leak and gave me a fair estimate on the cost of solving the problem. He offered me realistic advice on this repair and again there was no pressure to make the repair immediately. Ultimately I test drove the new Mazda6 and the technological advances since my 2006 model convinced me that it was time for another new Mazda 6. Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda is a wonderful dealership that posts low prices on its new vehicles online and not only honors these advertised prices, but will offer even a better deal if you ask. Best of all Sport Mazda does not charge a dealer fee on any new car purchase, saving the customer between $600-$800 compared to other dealerships. If you are in the market for a new Mazda then Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda in Orlando, FL is the place to go. They treat their customers with integrity and respect, have a large inventory of the Mazda line of vehicles, and put a premium on exceptional customer service. I am so happy that I chose Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda and highly recommend them, particularly if you are a single woman dreading the hassle and aggravation of buying a new vehicle. More
