Excellent experience but service issue needs return trip. Rob Nestor was extremely helpful and took time to explain resolution of my issue.......he was excellent. My only issue relates to the availability of the part to resolve repair of the attachment of the interior "flap" of the convertible roof on my 2016 Miata MX5. It was explained that this issue was addressed in a recent Mazda recall bulletin and the repair parts (adhesive and clamps) would have to be ordered. Since I am driving from The Villages (60 miles each way on the Florida Turnpike) it would have been nice to have been notified that the issue required ordering parts before driving to Orlando and thus avoiding a second trip to Orlando once parts arrive. This issue does not hinder my opinion of your service staff which I find always extremely courteous and helpful. More
