Hassle-free purchase of a Mazda 6 I used the USAA car buying service and got a quote right away. Other dealerships wouldn't match Sport Mazda's initial offer. Once I told Sport Mazda what I wanted, they had my car ready for pickup the next day. I came in, signed some paperwork, and was out within an hour. Jacob Barone is Amazing Jacob is knowledgeable, friendly and when a potential bomb dropped on a vehicle we were looking at, he was upfront and honest. I appreciate that. I Jacob is knowledgeable, friendly and when a potential bomb dropped on a vehicle we were looking at, he was upfront and honest. I appreciate that. I hope he learned from the experience with us on how to turn that around in the future as I think he was as shocked as we were. However, we discussed a new vehicle, he did not try to force anything we didn't want on us and provided the information asked for. As a result of his diligence and demeanor he made an excellent transition to the finance department and we were able to find financing at a lower rate than we had been pre approved for at our own financial institution. As a former internet salesperson for Ford, I would say this was a 5 start experience overall. Jacob has an amazing career ahead of him. Sport Mazda is the best !! Easy in easy out Got pricing online, called Luis and he sent me the price sheet. Since we live an hour away everything was done via the phone and email. In 3 days we went from identifying the car to driving it off the lot. Once we went to the showroom, it took 15 min to see the car, 15 min for initial paperwork and 15 min at Finance. No rush, no pressure. If you're in the market for a Mazda, I would highly recommend this place, that's why I drove 150 miles to go here. More
