Don't worry Craig will be appearing shortly. Just took his official photo today, so by Monday he will be up for everyone to choose. He is an awesome young man and it looks like he did everything he could to make sure you received all the assistance he could provide. The insurance office is a brand new option for our customers. We thought that so many times customers come in and have a problem getting their insurance agents, especially at night or on weekends, and so we added an Allstate office right on the showroom floor. Not everyone needs it but it is there when they do. Glad they could give you a better price. Thank you for your great review and we appreciate your business.
