Great Experience I was in the market for a new car and used Truecar to get an idea on pricing. Juan Cruz from Sport Mazda contacted me by email about the offer they h I was in the market for a new car and used Truecar to get an idea on pricing. Juan Cruz from Sport Mazda contacted me by email about the offer they had on a Mazda 3. He then let me know his manager, Jason Santiago, would send me an updated offer with a better price. Jason sent me the offer and answered my questions - even after hours. The thing that struck me was the professionalism of their emails. When much of what I was receiving was standard responses with big letters on how much I could SAVE NOW, the emails I received from Sport Mazda seemed genuine. I dropped in to the dealership unannounced to look at the car. They were accommodating and had Mark Cappetta show me the cars I was interested in. Mark was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had about the Mazda 3. He also owned a Mazda, which was nice as I could ask him questions about his experience. I ended up trading in my vehicle as a part of my purchase. They worked with me on the price offered, which was good. To my fault, I looked at the offers wrong and thought you could get 0% and the cash incentive. They worked hard and still got me a good rate and I got to keep the incentives. Once the deal was made, the manager over the owner program, David Bowers, came over to talk to me. He was very nice and personable and a joy to speak with. He went over their maintenance and warranty programs, which are pretty fantastic. Finance was pretty simple and did not take too long. They will do all the paperwork for you and get your tags, so that was a relief. In the end, I couldn't be happier with Sport Mazda. I would also like to say that Jay Mealey's hands-on approach to online reviews helped sway my decision to go here for my car. It shows that they are committed to a quality customer experience - something everyone wants when buying a new car. Thank you again to everyone at Sport Mazda for their help in buying my car! More

I came in after setting an appointment over email with Brian San Pedro, we test drove the Mazda 3 at Brian's own personal test drive spot and went back inside to work on financing. I knew what my trade was worth and I got exactly what I wanted for it, which is great. There was some miscommunication and they thought my trade in had 160K miles when in reality it had 116k so their first estimates were a little low - After a correction the team at Sport Mazda adjusted the offer on my trade correctly which was right where I wanted to be. I wanted to be a little lower on the price for the car - We agreed to meet in the middle and include a free window tint. Could not be more pleased. The only thing i'll note - and this is not directed at Brian at all (Its not really a negative as every dealership will do this so I won't say it effected my experience significantly) I spent 10-15 minutes explaining that I do not want Gap Coverage, or extended "paint" warranty. Please take a Stern "No" seriously the first time. Love my new Mazda, thanks! More

We were thrilled to know they could do it while we were there and that would make a different long term on tire wear and replacement.
