On vacation....needed help. Ellie went out of her way to work my 2012 Mazda5 in for a repair. We were on vacation , here from Illinois and she got the car in to be fixed. ....e Ellie went out of her way to work my 2012 Mazda5 in for a repair. We were on vacation , here from Illinois and she got the car in to be fixed. ....even though the service department was swamped. The problem, a blocked ac drain hose had been flooding our front passenger floor. She got the problem assessed and got it repaired so we could continue on our trip with little delay and some comfort. Easy and Pressure Free I am a first time buyer. I've heard a lot of horror stories about car buying and even though I was excited to have my own car I was also nervous as to I am a first time buyer. I've heard a lot of horror stories about car buying and even though I was excited to have my own car I was also nervous as to what may happen. I went to a well known dealer prior to going to Sport Mazda and it was a terrible experience. It made me want to wait awhile before going to try a new place. The next day I saw an ad for Mazda cars and decided to look up nearby dealerships. I put in a request for more information on a 2013 Mazda 3 and got a reply within an hour. I scheduled a day to test drive the car of my interest and before I knew it I was at Sport Mazda meeting Kyle who contacted me prior to coming and I was test driving the car. Off the bat I could tell Kyle was a honest and straightforward person. He didn't rush me or think my questions were stupid, like my previous time at a different place. I fell in love with the car and wanted to take it home asap! I went back the next day to finalize everything. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I stayed in my budget and surprisingly found a great deal that was better than expected. My situation was a little difficult but he found a way to work through it. I went to work the next day and told everyone where I got my car and how great my experience was. I will recommend Sport Mazda to anyone and everyone I come across! I also recommend Kyle Whitten to everyone! He is honest, pressure free, patient, and friendly! More

As I live a significant distance away (400 miles), I was concerned with the sincerity of any phone based agreement. Kyle and Jason were cognizant of my apprehension and worked very quickly to secure a mutually agreed upon price. Kyle highlighted his professionalism by ensuring my concerns were fully alleviated prior to my arrival. Kyle met us at the entrance with the vehicle and all required paperwork.
