I honestly spent my entire time waiting for them to try and pull a fast one on me, but the time never came. They are totally legit and honestly, the best dealer I've ever done business with. Once we had a price, Kerwin took the time to go over my new 6 with me to make sure I knew all the cool things about it. Never had someone go into so much detail with me, it was great. If you go to this dealership.....ask for her! We're confident that if we have any issues whatsoever, Barby will help us. As for the overall experience at the dealership......it was good. We felt respected the entire time. When our trade in was being inspected and checked for value, our keys were immediately returned, and within 5 minutes we understood the price the dealership would pay for the vehicle. We never felt that we were being pressured. If there was anything we did not like......We did not enjoy our time with Finace. We signed many papers during the deal closing but only received copies of just a few of them. We felt rushed through this part of the process......that should never happen. The explanation of what we were being asked to sign was usually limited to just a few words. This part of the process left us feeling uncomfortable. The car.....we love it so far! Looking forward to having this car for years to come! It's nice! More
