At the end he also gave me $10 discount. He is a very nice person to work with. I will definitely return for my future needs for service on my vehicles. On the other side while I was waiting I went to see the new vehicles. None of the sales people approached me on the sales floor. They were busy talking to each other . I just walked on my own for at least 15 minutes and no one approached to ask me any question . More

My wife and I called Richard and advised that we would like to test drive a camaro that Richard, Thank you for a stress free car buying experience! My wife and I called Richard and advised that we would like to test drive a camaro that was on the lot, by the time we got there (Richard got us lost, had to be is fault) the vehicle was in the front with a VIP reservation for my wife sitting in the windshield. (Good move Richard) To keep the rest of this short, she drove the car, loved the car, and went through the entire buying process with your team, smiling the entire time. (Happy wife, happy life!) To be totally honest, this was the first car we looked at with no intention to buy, Richard closed the deal for the Sport Mazda team. I strongly believe if Richard stays humble and continues to use the selling tactics he used with us, he will raise the bar of Sport Mazda and provide a nice future for himself. Going Out of Their Way Kerwin has gone so far out of his way to make sure I get what I need. I told him I normally rent a car for a couple days before making a decision and Kerwin has gone so far out of his way to make sure I get what I need. I told him I normally rent a car for a couple days before making a decision and how no one has the car I'm looking for. I took a shot in the dark and asked if he would be willing to let me borrow a car for a little while so I can give it a longer test drive and not only did he give me the car, but he gave me one with the exact options I was looking for. Obviously his manager had to approve all of this and Kerwin worked hard to get it approved. And I don't know who is manager is, but he clearly deserves credit for this, as well. Even if I don't end up buying a Mazda 3, I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. More
