Bad service Went a few months back to get an oil change & wiper blades changed and waited 3.5 hours!!! We had to go back for a car recall and now have gone back Went a few months back to get an oil change & wiper blades changed and waited 3.5 hours!!! We had to go back for a car recall and now have gone back 3 times because the new computer was defective. The first time we left the car and went back the next day (24 hours later) and the car wasn't ready. We went the next day to pick up the car the computer was defective and was told they would have to order a new computer and they would call us when the part was in. We waited over 2 months and finally had to call them. My son brought the car in last week and had to wait 3.5 hours again & was told it would only take 2 hours. The computer was again defective. The only thing positive was the customer service guys were apologtic and gave my son a free tank of gas which was what we spent going back and froth to the dealership. More

I requested a quote via internet on the Mazda 3 and I later received a call from Earnest and decided to go in to see what he had to offer and in result ended up leasing a new Mazda 3 for my son and purchasing a new Mazda 9 for my wife. Walking into a car dealership for me is certainly not one of my favorite things to do but, going into the Don Mealey's Sport Mazda dealership was a great experience both my wife and I were comfortable dealing with Earnest we thought he was very respectful, helpful and professional, we would refer Earnest and this dealership to anyone.
