My experience with Sport Mazda, Kerwin and staff was professional, honest, respectful and courteous. Kerwin made every effort to satisfy my need to put my daughter in a brand new Mazda3 Sport at a grea professional, honest, respectful and courteous. Kerwin made every effort to satisfy my need to put my daughter in a brand new Mazda3 Sport at a great price and no pressure. Kerwin took time to find the car, negotiate the price and follow up with every detail. His customer service skills, personality and integrity are exceptional. Although I spoke to other dealers and sales professionals in my search for this car, I only felt comfortable and only wanted to purchase the car from Kerwin. I highly recommend him if you are interested in a new/used car purchase. I know that should the need arise in the near future I will only choose to deal with Kerwin again. More

I do not appreciate the service at this dealership. I'm in the process of moving to Florida. I was sold a vehicle that was ultimately not fit to my needs. I admit I do not have the best credit. But I'm in the process of moving to Florida. I was sold a vehicle that was ultimately not fit to my needs. I admit I do not have the best credit. But my credit was accepted at this dealership. Charles made it seem like I was only allowed to get the Nissan versa that I got because of my credit that I'm not entitled to anything else. To my understanding I bought a good car but since the day I drove out the lot there has always been some type of problem. I seek help and its like I'm being brushed off. To add insult to injury, I had to make special trip back to Florida costing me a fortune just to transfer my ID to Florida. I was not told while I was in the dealership. I was led to believe that there was no rush in changing my ID. Now I have friends who are mechanics who say something is definitely wrong with my car. I went back to the dealership and now they are telling me I have to wait 6 months before I can even think about getting something else. And now since my car is not a certified pre owned vehicle my car has close to no trade in value. The only option I have is to dish out more money to get somethin else which is not fair. I am in the selling business and I do not appreciate being treated like this. Now I'm being told that I was entitled to any car in the lot and it was not fair that I was only given a choice of one car. I understand all about commission because I am commissioned based as well but this is ridiculous. This has ultimately turned into a nightmare for me. I will not be buying another car from Charles or anyone in this dealership. More
