Shopped several dealers in the state looking for the best price and happened across this local dealer on Kellyblue book where I was checking values for the 2014 Mazda CX5. I knew exactly what I wanted and se price and happened across this local dealer on Kellyblue book where I was checking values for the 2014 Mazda CX5. I knew exactly what I wanted and sent an email to the dealer internet department. Barby contacted me in the morning with information and by noon I had the price to consider. She was patient and informative as I worked out my own loan. There was not any pressure. Within a few days I had my loan firmed up and went in to sign the purchase order. This tale could have ended up as the proverbial car dealership horror story. My son had recently purchased a used car in October of 2013 from Sports Mazda. On his birthday on November 26th we found out dealership horror story. My son had recently purchased a used car in October of 2013 from Sports Mazda. On his birthday on November 26th we found out that the transmission was shot and that it would be $1600 to replace the transmission. I was devastated. So close to the holidays money is definitely tight and I was very frustrated about the situation. We didnt have the extended warranty and I didnt know what to do. I called Mazda and spoke with Dan Parker. Mr Parker was very courteous and professional. He listened to my situation and was very patient. Mr Parker told me he would contact me back at a later time and he would see what he could do to help. It was to my great surprise when Mr Parker called me back later that evening and told me Mazda would pick up the bill for the entire transmission repair! In todays society we dont find many people willing to step up and help, its even rarer to find a car dealership with such honor and integrity. I just wanted to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to the entire Sports Mazda dealership for providing excellent customer service and for demonstrating class under extreme cicumstances. I brought my Mazda RX8 in for a warranty repair and they found a few extra little things that were wrong with the car and fixed them. When I received the car back I noticed the tire pressure sensor light w found a few extra little things that were wrong with the car and fixed them. When I received the car back I noticed the tire pressure sensor light was on. I know it had been cool lately (as cool as it can get in FL) so I had to pull over at the nearest gas station and one of the tires was down to 22 psi (normally should be 32 psi). I know it isn't their job to fill my tires up but it would have been nice for them to check that since when they started the vehicle it is pretty well pronounced light on the dash. That is why I gave them a 3 for quality of work. More
As a first time car buyer still in college working part time I didn't know what to expect. After being lied to at several other dealerships, I didn't expect much. As soon as I walked on the door I felt at time I didn't know what to expect. After being lied to at several other dealerships, I didn't expect much. As soon as I walked on the door I felt at ease. Kyle worked extra hard to get me a car that I absolutely am in love with. He started the process before I even walked into the dealership (seeing that I live miles away) and he made it even that much easier. Kyle was great and everyone was super friendly.
