This was the greatest overall experience I've had in over thirty years of purchasing transportation. I was in a rush when we got there ( had planned to visit three dealerships within two hours ). I first chose Sport Mazda because they had the best prices that I had seen while researching which vehicle to get next. Nobody hounded me, but I wasn't ignored and left to myself long enough to second guess whether or not I was in the right place. Dontai was my salesman for the day and he was awesome! Service area is great, everyone is very friendly and timely. My only real complaint, was that they seemed to not have checked my battery level, which is supposed to be part of the "Full Circle Inspectio timely. Other things were marked as checked, just not the battery. Maybe they rushed it (it did seem to have been finished almost -too- fast for the stuff they were supposed to be checking, but then again I don't know what goes on back there, or much about car labor,) maybe they forgot 'cause they were busy, whatever the case, I was in a hurry myself so I didn't question it and just left, but it did make me wonder what they really checked and really didn't check, and if maybe I overpaid for services that weren't done. It raised a flag for me, so I'm not sure if I'll go back. Not a complete bust, still a nice and friendly place, but there's my honest thoughts about my visit that day. Donny himself was great though, friendly and professional. More
