Went in to possibly replace my old Mazda with a new one and did just that. Edwin was the sales person who greeted my when I walked in and from there it was smooth sailing. He did not try to hustle me in any way like most car dealerships. Edwin explained all the details I needed to know and from there I was on my to signing for a brand new Mazda. Next I met with Juan to finalize all paper details. Juan was efficient with his explanations and the quick process of the paperwork. I appreciated that he explained each paper and answered any questions I had. Finally I was asked to come back for a check-up with in 10 days if possible to just see how things were going. I came back in the allotted time frame and met with Brian in service. Once again the process was smooth and efficient. I liked that he took care of my situation promptly and even came in to check on me in the waiting room to let me know how much time things were taking. Overall experience so far will bring me back again when it is time to purchase a new Mazda. More

This was the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. My first communication was with Norm over the phone in response to my inquiry via internet. What a pleasant voice! I made the appointment to see the vehicle that same day and he explained that Kerwin was going to be assisting me. But by the time I got there, Kerwin was with another customer and Norm took over. Kerwin was so apologetic for not being able to help me. Norm could not have been a better salesman! Many should take classes from him! So friendly, immediately asking what I was looking for and taking the time with me. Norm was able to get me the best deal, much better than I ever expected. I simply love my new 2013 CX-5, in the color that I wanted - RED! Simply gorgeous! Norm explained everything about my new car and what to expect next.
