Mr.Jay Mealey. I got my Mazda3 on June 13 2004 new ,so Mr.Jay Mealey. I got my Mazda3 on June 13 2004 new ,so is more than 8 years,I love this car.Back then was Clasic Mazda but i never go later for servi Mr.Jay Mealey. I got my Mazda3 on June 13 2004 new ,so is more than 8 years,I love this car.Back then was Clasic Mazda but i never go later for services to new location when they move ,because was to far for me so Im stack with this location for that long.Thanks God I realy dont have any major problems so all services I have in this location specialy now you have the best employe DONNY LARSON ,how he take care about costumers i never experience this before.I was watching him today he was very busy, he was running if he can he will taker of everybody at once specialy on saturday and he have smile on his face.He deserve special recognition, but please dont let him go .He is perfect example how to be nice to everybody.THANK YOU DONNY VERY GOOD JOB. I brought my car in for an oil change, rotation of tires and to check it out. The car was taken and serviced promptly. The service manager addressed my concerns and was very courteous. Service was quick and friendly. They took care of the oil change & tire rotation that I came in for and also pointed out some other areas that needed attention (my car is almost at 100K). I had the transmiss change & tire rotation that I came in for and also pointed out some other areas that needed attention (my car is almost at 100K). I had the transmission fluid flushed and replaced and my car is running a little more smoothly now. Excellent service! More

I brought my car in for a recall issue, which was handled promptly and professionally. Unfortunately I left with a problem I didn't have when I brought my car in. I called immediately and was told to retur promptly and professionally. Unfortunately I left with a problem I didn't have when I brought my car in. I called immediately and was told to return with my car. They took my car right in and my problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Everyone was very pleasant and kept me informed which I appreciated. Brian even brought me a discount card for future services. Once the secondary problem was fixed, I left satisfied and I would return to Sport Mazda. I would also like to say that the cashier was very cheerful and nice and it was a pleasure to be helped by her. More

Barby Irby was great. She is very pleasant and friendly. My disappointment was not with her at all, but with the way the dealership does business compared to my experience four years ago. Then, I was given a ballpark out the door price that I thought was fair before making the more than an hour trip over. This time, this did not happen and I ended up "playing 4 square" like as if dealing with a regular salesman. Mind you, this would be my second time buying from this dealership and my third Mazda purchase in four years (bought one in Vero Beach). It just wasn't the same experience; a step back in my opinion.
