Thank you so much for the nice service review for Nick Radoslavov. I hope that you brought the car wash issue to his attention. I will be visiting shortly with the Service Manager and this issue will be addressed. I cannot have what is a planned benefit for our customers to cause them a problem instead. I would like to personally apologize on behalf of my dealership for any inconvenience this caused.
