Thomas, I saw the benefits of being a Digital Dealership more than 9 years ago. Since then, we have worked hard every day to put in place the people and processes that maximize the benefit to our customers. You realized the difference when you felt how easy and comfortable it was to cover every part of the purchase, except the signature and drive away, via emails. And surprise, everything you saw in your emails was the same when you got to the dealership, including the out the door price. It sometimes feels like a situation is helpless and hopeless. My staff at Sport Mazda likes to look at it as a challenge to be overcome, or, a problem that is looking for a solution. Either way, I think you will find that professional and positive is an attitude that you would prefer. Earnest Evans is a wonderful person, not just a darn good salesperson. I know that he did everything he could do and made sure the entire team focused on getting you what you wanted and needed. Besides that, he just likes making people happy. Disneygal, It sounds like a lot to be accomplished in a 2 hour window, but it is not too much for my great service team at the Sport Mazda Service Center. I don't know if you are a fan of Disney or actually work there, but you can sure see the kind of service we are trying to provide each and every customer.
