I was in a messed up situation I walked into Mazda needing to buy a car. Any car as mine was totalled when I was hit by a hit and run driver. Mike helped calm my fears about the trouble I was facing, and walked me step by step thru the whole process. He went above and beyond selling me a car. He made sure I was good to go with my insurance and lien holders, sitting with me thru the signing of paperwork and actually went to bat for me. It felt great having someone on my side.
