I hadn't planned on doing anything but to look and test drive to see what I was going to do after my lease expired. I normally hate having to deal with car dealers but Mark Cappetta did an excellent job answering our questions and helping us. He made us a deal that worked well for us and we drove home a new CX9. On our way home I told my husband that I don't think we have ever had such a good experience with a salesman or a car dealer ever! Awesome experience! Thanks so much.
