Patrick, I can't thank you enough for your great review detailing the process you went through to purchase your new car at Sport Mazda. Starting with our website and working through online reps who got the information they needed to have a manager send you a full out-the-door quote even before you came to the dealership. When you visited your salesman, Israel Camareno then made sure it flowed easily and you got exactly what we said you would. And, of course it always means that you drive your car before you make the decision. Before you leave another member of our team, Stephanie, made sure that your were familiar with all the features. It sound like to me that everyone did just what we do everyday for all of our customers so that they have and enjoyable and successful visit to Sport Mazda, and leave happy with their new car. Whether special sales, inventory clearance, manufacturer rebates, or other options may be available, it is up to your salesperson to make sure they you know what is available. Buying a car is an important financial decision and you deserve to know all your options. Mike did a great job for you and by answering all of your concerns, and your mothers, he did the right thing by giving you all the information to make the best decision for yourself. Mario, I appreciate your review but your photo says it all. When you say Keith worked hard to make sure you got what you wanted, that is exactly what happened. You found the car you wanted out of all the great used inventory and with Edwin's help, made sure you got the deal you wanted. taffxxx, I am not sure how we managed to ignore you, insult you and hard to work with, but I am going to thank Frederick Trinidad because you still bought a new car.
