I know Todd Williams does a fine job for his customers and I am glad to hear your buying experience was enjoyable and went smoothly. It definitely is a team effort at Sport Mazda, as you pointed out. Todd is your primary salesperson but has a lot of specialized help when needed. While he works with you the specialists are working on financing, trade-in valuation, inspection and pre-delivery, and even delivery specialists who work with customers to assist with new car features. Thank you so much Jilian. You do not know how much I enjoyed your review. Marilyn is relatively new to Sport Mazda but it sound like she is a veteran. We only ask that our salespeople remember one thing, "LISTEN to your customers, and then do everything you can to get them what THEY WANT." I is easy to remember and easy to do. I actually hire people-persons, not car-persons. You can teach cars, but you can't teach nice. It has made a world of difference for us and our customers.
