Seatuck, It is a little unusual for a customer to single out the finance manager in a sales review but I can certainly understand why. So many customers come to the dealership prepared to choose the car they want, usually finding out as much as they can on the Internet. The salesman then makes sure they see and drive the car they want and the decision becomes so much easier than expected. The real concern for most people is what is going to happen at the finance office. Well It has changed. We have created a proves where Finance is easier than ever and our managers are so well trained that they can explain and help you with your options and help you find the one that is best for you. I do not understand, even if your car came from our other facility, there should have been plenty of time to have it prepared before your visit. I apologize. Our processes do not include dirty cars waiting to be shown to our customers. I am grateful to you that even with that, you went ahead about your new Mazda.
