Initially thought of getting a pre-owned unit but ended with leasing a brand new 2017 Mazda 3. Threw everything (options, options, options) at Mark, who was celebrating his birthday on that day, and he patiently answered all our queries. He needed to leave as we were closing the deal and Pedro took over. Already had a deal/transaction with Pedro before (as well as Mark) so it was really a breeze. This is our 4th deal with Mazda - (Purchased Mazda 6 in 2016, purchased Mazda 3 for my wife and traded in my 2016 Mazda 6 for a 2017 Mazda 6 in Feb 2017 and this one) plus one referral.... It's no longer about the car, we're done with that. It's about how great these guys are!!! Experience is just simply amazing! More

Our Buying Experience My husband and I came in the weekend before Labor Day to service my 2016 Mazda 3 and decided to look at a Mazda 6 Grand Touring for him and that is wh My husband and I came in the weekend before Labor Day to service my 2016 Mazda 3 and decided to look at a Mazda 6 Grand Touring for him and that is when we met Juan Urdaneta. That day, he was fully aware that our other vehicle was being serviced and made no moves to try to get us to buy a car, he simply gave us his card and let us go on our way. The fear of having a car pushed down your throat by a determined sales person is always a difficult situation to be in so it was an enormous relief for us when we found out that Juan wasn't the least bit like that. On Labor Day weekend we returned with the intent of potentially purchasing the 2017 Mazda 6 Grand Touring if we could get it for what we wanted. As soon as we walked in the door we asked for Juan and we went right into car buying mode. Throughout the entire process Juan was caring, understanding, and extremely pleasant to be around. My husband and I aren't easy to please and he did everything that he possibly could to make sure that the car was perfectly to our liking, which included sending it back multiple times to have the smallest of things touched up. Unfortunately while our car was being detailed an incorrect chemical was used on our white leather door panel turning it a different color; however, Juan went and is continuing to go above and beyond to make sure that we are perfectly happy with our purchase. Now my husband and I both drive Mazda's and will continue to have them both serviced at Sport Mazda. We will also highly recommend Juan Urdaneta to anyone who is looking for a smooth, easy, and wonderful car buying experience. More
