Tony, Service Advisors like Ellie and Nick make all the difference to our customers. They are your representatives on the shop floor and make sure both you and your car are properly cared for. Based on an average day each of the service advisors are handling multiple cars and customers, some for immediate service, others that may be in the shop longer for various reasons.
