Professional and courteous service I called Sports Mazda to schedule a service recall for the rear dampers of my Mazda CX-5.Rob Nestor is the one that set-up my appointment and made sur I called Sports Mazda to schedule a service recall for the rear dampers of my Mazda CX-5.Rob Nestor is the one that set-up my appointment and made sure that I was well taken care off once I got there. He also pointed out the need to do a system throttle flush with 39 K already on the vehicle. I love the new facility,the staff,and the perfect service.Not to mention that the cost of this dealership can match and easily beat any outside mechanic shop. Great service every time I go to the dealership Ellie is great to deal with she is on top of everything that is going on when my car is in for service. this time I was in for just an oil change. But the first time I met Ellie I was having some major problems with my Mazda and Ellie turned what could have been a bad day into a great day. Every time I go to Sport Mazda all the service people greet you with a smile and say welcome to Sport Mazda That is the reason why I will make Sport Mazda my home for sales when I get ready to trade my CX5 and for service. Valentina Jorge, Mazda Sales PRO, went above and beyond in h Sport Mazda lived up to expectations. Upfront pricing on my new CX-5 and NO DEALER FEE. Valentina Jorge, Mazda Sales PRO, went above and beyond in helping us. Couldn't find the specific car viewed on their website. She would not give up until she found it. Easiest car purchase I've ever made. No haggle, no tricks, straight forward transaction. Bob "Bud" Daley, Finance Manager, explained all the paperwork we signed. He offered several additional warranty services, carefully explaining each option. We politely declined and that was it. No pushy sales pitch. Several days later as a follow up to our sales experience Valentina located the missing 2nd key avoiding a long service appt to program another. Again, she would not give up until she found it. Also, I discovered a FL license plate credit with the State DMV. Bud went back after the fact and secured my refund saving us several hundred dollars!! Highly recommend Sport Mazda! More
