Best customer experience by far. Earlier that year I had taken a car from the Mazda at another Mazda location and wasn't that great. Juan reached higher than my expectations, already recommended 4 other buyers with one just as of today taking out another Mazda from there. The sales supervisor Jason went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. The finance manager Edwin was fantastic. Also Jamil the product specialist was very patient and thorough. The fact that they all went the extra mile and all stayed even after hours to help us with our purchase. Amazed that there were no dealer fees as advertised. There was no pressure, what so ever and I would highly recommend this dealer. I am thinking about going back and purchasing a second vehicle. My wife and I were very happy with the whole experience. Difficult to reach my assigned service advisor. Better location than previous one, friendly & helpful staff. My service advisor needs to put aside some time during the day to return customer message Better location than previous one, friendly & helpful staff. My service advisor needs to put aside some time during the day to return customer messages no matter how overwhelming or understaffed (if applicable). I understand there was there was a new i-pad service program initiated the day before but I believe it's poor customer service not to return customer calls in a timely manner. My other concern was I was left on hold for quite a few minutes to reach my advisor but if all the service was complete, it should be updated in your computer system, therefore allowing customer to speak with any service advisor. I liked working with Ellie but there's room for improvement on customer call backs. More
