Rob is one of those guys who knows what you need, and puts you at ease when it comes to making the right decisions on parts and service. I've had 2 vehicles serviced in the last week, which was a combination of recall work and regular maintenance... and I've been very happy. Leaving the service bay with my vehicles he gave me a great vote of confidence that the work was done, was the right work and that my vehicles are in great shape! (The New Location at OBT in Orlando Florida) Everytime I have encountered Mazda the experience with them got better and better. I stopped at Mazda just to look at the New Mazda CX-9 and I immediately fell in love; soon after I traded in my CX-5 for the Mazda CX-9. It was my first time visiting DON MEALEY'S SPORT MAZDA (the new location on OBT) As soon as you walk in everyone greets you and ask what you needed help with. There I met Miguel and Jamil. I can't say enough about them they were outstanding, no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts of manipulation. Just great Accomodations Service with no hassles. The process was fairly quick (for what I expected) and minimal effort was needed on my part other than driving, deciding, and signing. There was a bit of confusing over the finance part, as I had come in pre-approved and they still ran my credit app despite my telling them this but in the end there was no negative part and that may be expected (just was a bit surprised by this). Based on the purchase, I definitely intend to buy again. We love the car and whenever we've been in the dealership, we've always gotten attention quickly and were provided great service. More

I started out with Kyle via email. He provided all the info I requested including an itemized OTD price that was very close to the lowest. Kyle was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, he was by far the best online sales person I dealt with during my car search; I treated him with respect and he responded in kind. I got the financing approved online and then worked with Todd Williams to complete the purchase of the Mazda 3 GT. Todd also was courteous and competent. He worked with me to complete all the all the paperwork, satisfactorily answered all my questions and explained all the features of the car. His shift ended at 5 pm, but he stayed till I arrived to purchase the car at 6:30 and stayed till I left with the car at 9:30 on Friday night. The thing I appreciated the most about my interaction with Kyle and Todd is that they never gave me the sales pitch or pressured me in any way! That also was the case with Andy Rodriguez, the Finance Rep. He was very efficient and patiently explained all my questions. I wish they would have got me out of there closer to 60-90 min, but overall it was an enjoyable experience… when was the last time you heard someone say that about buying a new car! More
