Although I am yet to understand Deal Gone South, I hope it was like many of our customers who are coming from all over, including south Florida, for great deals and service. Being a digital dealership, one of the things that was key to us being successful was insuring that we provided special service to those who came to us from out of our area. We tried so hard to make sure all our sales staff understood exactly what was required to service long distance customers via phone, text or email.
