Simple and Sweet So here I am on vacation visiting my Fiance for the first time in 6 months since he left home for college. We are having the greatest time together, e So here I am on vacation visiting my Fiance for the first time in 6 months since he left home for college. We are having the greatest time together, except for the amount of gas pit-stops we had to make. He had a Cheve Silverado that was only getting 9 miles a gallon in the city; which totaled up to 200 dollars a month on gas. So we decided to go car shopping with little hope from the get go. We stopped at KIA down the street.....they sucked. We told them our budget, they showed us a car 10 grand more than our budget. Completely unacceptable. We went to Honda. Refused to negotiate. So our last stop was Sport Mazda where we met Michael. We told him our budget. No problem, he showed us a car within our budget and worked with us to trade in our truck too. We were definitely more than grateful for the help and definitely super comfortable in the entire experience. My vacation was definitely not ruined with buyer's remorse. Great Customer Service I was in search of a Mazda CX-9 2017 or 2016 model year and after dealing with a local dealership I decided to compare costs and found them to be alot I was in search of a Mazda CX-9 2017 or 2016 model year and after dealing with a local dealership I decided to compare costs and found them to be alot cheaper outside of my area, Sport Mazda was the first dealership I sent an inquiry to and Ana responded back to me in mare matter of minutes and informed of the choices they have available. The next day she personally went outside and videotaped the vehicle I was interested in. I drove up the next day and ended up purchasing a different vehicle not that anything was wrong with the original one I just felt it didnt fit my family right now. Due to the excellent customer service with Ana and sport mazda Im now an owner of a brand new Mazda CX-9 Sport and loving it so far. Their attention to detail far exceeds what I expected (almost felt like I was purchasing a luxury car). The only gripe I would have is the long wait time to see the finance and sign all the papers. I have already recommended them to my sister who was in the market for a cx9 before I was!!!! Thanks again Ana and Sport Mazda!! More

He also pointed out the need to do a system throttle flush with 39 K already on the vehicle.
