Easiest car purchase I've ever made. No haggle, no tricks, straight forward transaction. Bob "Bud" Daley, Finance Manager, explained all the paperwork we signed. He offered several additional warranty services, carefully explaining each option. We politely declined and that was it. No pushy sales pitch. Several days later as a follow up to our sales experience Valentina located the missing 2nd key avoiding a long service appt to program another. Again, she would not give up until she found it. Also, I discovered a FL license plate credit with the State DMV. Bud went back after the fact and secured my refund saving us several hundred dollars!! Highly recommend Sport Mazda! More
