Professional, Accommodating, and Courteous I shopped the online inventories of dealers within 250 miles of Orlando and found the best deal and experience at Sport Mazda in Orlando. I worked wit I shopped the online inventories of dealers within 250 miles of Orlando and found the best deal and experience at Sport Mazda in Orlando. I worked with Kyle Whitten and Todd Williams. I started out with Kyle via email. He provided all the info I requested including an itemized OTD price that was very close to the lowest. Kyle was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, he was by far the best online sales person I dealt with during my car search; I treated him with respect and he responded in kind. I got the financing approved online and then worked with Todd Williams to complete the purchase of the Mazda 3 GT. Todd also was courteous and competent. He worked with me to complete all the all the paperwork, satisfactorily answered all my questions and explained all the features of the car. His shift ended at 5 pm, but he stayed till I arrived to purchase the car at 6:30 and stayed till I left with the car at 9:30 on Friday night. The thing I appreciated the most about my interaction with Kyle and Todd is that they never gave me the sales pitch or pressured me in any way! That also was the case with Andy Rodriguez, the Finance Rep. He was very efficient and patiently explained all my questions. I wish they would have got me out of there closer to 60-90 min, but overall it was an enjoyable experience… when was the last time you heard someone say that about buying a new car! More
