They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and took adequate time to help find the best model Mazda for my needs. Fortunately, they had a wide selection but, with Todd's help we were able to narrow it down the the car I eventually purchased. Car shopping can become stressful when looking at so many models, but by narrowing it down first through their database, we were able to find a couple good options, and I fell in love with the first one I drove (which was actually being demo-ed by one of the finance guys... good sign). I bought the car on one of the busiest days of the year, and I didn't feel tortured. The facility is incredibly nice, which makes you feel more comfortable waiting. I've already recommended Sport Mazda to two friends that will be in the market for a car in the next couple months. More

A pleasant Service experience Came in for a basic oil change, tire rotation and a general car inspection. It was my first service experience with Rob Nestor. Rob was very polite Came in for a basic oil change, tire rotation and a general car inspection. It was my first service experience with Rob Nestor. Rob was very polite & informative. He advised of need for air filter (showed me dirty one from my car) and suggested a fuel system cleaning to improve mpg & overall performance. Rob helped out with forgotten coupons. Service time was quicker than expected. The only service issue was finding the glove compartment on the floor when I went to my car to leave. Rob quickly came out and put it back in place. At least I know Service actually checked the cabin filter and didn't tell me I needed a new one! More

I believe I qualified for the Mazda 1.9% IR (was told so by sales associate) due to my very high credit score and large down payment, but was told I don't because I only wanted to finance 2 years. I will probably refinance with my CU. More

He was so patient with my 4 visits and 3 separate test drives. He was easy going and considerate with my 15 year old daughter too. Brian was completely knowledgable and answered all my many questions about the safety features, trim options, packages and differences with the 2016.5 and 2017 CX-5's. It was a true pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend you request his help if you need a Mazda. The managers, finance, insurance and details point people were also helpful, patient and gave us space and time to make our decisions. More
