Some people may have never Nick and don't know that he is one of our great team of Service Advisors. To owners this team of people make sure that you and your car are well taken care of each and every time you visit and are who makes sure service is right and on-time. They also do a lot of communicating with you to make sure you know what is going on at all times. They all do a fantastic job and I am so appreciative of what you wrote in your review. Thank you very much for writing. I think you are so accurate with the first sentence of your review. "I was helped by someone who actually wanted to help me and not just sell a car". Isn't that the truth. I thank every customer wants to just be helped without being pressured every five minutes to buy. Our staff is taught to LISTEN to the customer first, then do everything you can to help them get what THEY WANT. It is a simple strategy but it has made us very successful. We concentrate on making sure you get all the information you need to make a buying decision that is good for you. If it is good, then you will probably buy. If not today, whenever it is best for you. Then we have done our job. I am proud of my staff and very proud of our customers. Enjoy your new Mazda for years to come.
