We are so glad to read your comments on your experience with the great staff at Sport Mazda Service Center. Most customers live the experience through their Service Advisors. Natalie Doenath and Nick Radoslavov are the people you work with most and have the most interaction with. The super job that they do sometimes leaves our fantastic Service Technicians as unknown service providers. We thought that the personal videos from the technician working on your car would let our customers know and value the hard working technicians that maintain their cars. I am so glad that you could hear first-hand from Leo Santiago-Marrero, a certified Mazda technician, on the service he would be providing for your car. He is a wonderful young man and a very professional Service Advisor. Besides all that he is a kind, courteous and caring person who likes nothing better than to take make sure you and your car are well cared for at Sport Mazda. I am always concerned with being competitive in prices and especially in what we charge for services. I have recently brought a brand new Service Manager on board and one of his first tasks has been to look at these very issues. I promise you that I am making every effort to insure we remain very competitive, while making sure that facilities, equipment, staff and amenities remain the best available.
