Cargo, I am so happy to read what you think about the new "Video Text Message" that we are sending out from the Sport Mazda Service Center to our customers. Nothing is better than hearing direction from the technician that is working on your car. Now, along with the communications between the customer and the Service Advisor, our customers have the added benefit of receiving information from the entire Service Team. I read every testimonial from our customers and am always looking to make sure the services we are providing our valued customers is what they want. This new service has received rave comments. Thank you also for mentioning the other amenities we provide to our service customers to make their visits more enjoyable.
