It was the information that we gathered in previous service reviews that led to the redesign of both the facilities and processes to make sure our customers were happy. I want to make sure you know that I agree with you about Ellie Diaz and how wonderful a Service Advisor she is. She has all the attributes you listed and one very special one that I am sure you know, she never stops smiling. George, The increasing complexity of the technology included in all new cars sometimes requires the Technician to work closer with the customer to insure that the problem is correctly identified, and most of all, resolved. I am glad that Nick made sure to get the technician quickly involved and that with all of your close coordination found a satisfactory resolution.
