You know, when a customer of ours has a problem with a recent purchase, it makes me feel that we did not provide them the service they deserved. While batteries sometime run out without much of a warning, it doesn't make it any better if you are the one with the bad battery. I want to apologize for the problem, but I am thankful that I have great staff like Stephen Mendez who takes command of the situation and does everything he can to make sure the customer suffers the minimum of inconvenience. Thank you for writing this review and letting us know how it all came out. I am grateful for your kindness and glad that Stephen was able to make sure you were taken care of quickly.
