Then, I must tell you that i believe the 2018 Mazda CX-9 Signature is one of the very best SUVs I have ever driven and outclasses in both ride and quality of construction most Premium SUVs on the market. I am so glad to hear you love it. The majority of your review talks about Ellie Diaz, Service Advisor at our Sport Mazda Service Center, and how important she is to your returning to Sport Mazda for your cars and for your service. I will tell you that I totally agree. For a Family-centered dealership, great staff and caring staff are what will make a difference for our customers. I call Ellie my Smiling Service Advisor because she always has such a caring personality that makes her customers feel that the service she provides is from the heart. I am grateful to you for your comments and so proud to have her at Sport Mazda. I understand so well why you say "she is one of the reasons I keep coming back." Eric, Your review and kind comments for Nick Radoslavov will always be great appreciated. I have always believed that these review service multiple purposes and they are all good. It certainly lets me know how individual staff is performing and whether our customers appreciate the processes we have put in place. It definitely lets me know where we need to get better and where changes need to be made. It lets you know that you have the owners ear and that your comments are heard. And, most of all it gives me an opportunity to personally thank what I believe is the nicest group of customers, our loyal SPORT MAZDA FAMILY OF OWNERS, like yourself. Melody, The entire staff at the Sport Mazda Service Center want to thank you for your kind comments wishing them more time off at Xmas. We do work half days the day before the holiday and certainly are off on Christmas. With different schedules we also try to make it easier to get time off during the holiday season. We all hope that you and yours had a very, very nice Christmas and the rest of the holiday season.
