I appreciate very much your recent visit to the Sport Mazda Service Center and thank you for the kind comments. I certainly understand your feeling about the Service Drive. I made sure when we designed the new building that the desk for each Service Advisor and the Service Manager looked directly on the Service Drive, just a few feet away. Normally we do have service advisors who are actually on the drive, but it sounds like they were not there at the time you visited. I am sorry that it kept us from that other star but I promise you if they were not there it was because they were working hard temporarily, on an important issue for another customer. I want to thank you for the nice comments for Angelo Nieves, your Service Advisor, and the great job he provided you. I hope his great service and the fast and high quality of the service provided will keep you as a loyal customer. We do appreciate your business and we are proud to have you as our valued customer. Besides those you mentioned, which were very important, we have desks with plugs where customer can hook their laptops and take advantage of the free wireless service we provide.
