I have always believed that service, since customers don't often get to see the actual repairs being made, that they form their opinions on facilities, amenities and especially staff. I think the new Sport Mazda facilities are premium quality and, for me, reflect my belief that our customers should have a comfortable and pleasant place to rest while awaiting their car. Amenities like the Starbucks coffee, a great snack selection and cold bottled water, all complimentary for our customers is a nice addition. And, plenty of free access to the Internet and Wireless connections are available, including charging plugs. Then there is the staff. As you mentioned, Ellie Diaz is the best, and more genuinely friendly Service Advisor, or personality, you will never find. She does make every customer feel like family and friends day at Sport Mazda. I appreciate the wonderful review and rating and please know that you are a very valuable customer to us. Zoeyquest, It is so important that others read your review. I am very grateful that you saw fit to right such kind comments about Nick Radoslavov, your Service Advisor. You made some great points. "Nick...always knows just what we need", is important because one of a Service Advisors jobs is to keep automated records or a history of services completed and services soon to be needed. So when he looks at his daily appointments he will know what your car should need. "Things are done in a speedy professional way", means that you will see Nick constantly moving back and forth from service drive to the service bays, keeping and eye on your car and talking with the technicians to get information that may be necessary to pass to you during the service visit, or added as a recommendation for future visits. "Nick always sees that we are very well taken care of", and that adds the most important job, keeping communications with you during your visit and making sure you are comfortable and always advised of the status of your car.
