Fabulous! I was only able to stay for 2 hrs. tops and was having an oil change, tires rotated and 10k check up. In addition, the braking sensor acted up a few t I was only able to stay for 2 hrs. tops and was having an oil change, tires rotated and 10k check up. In addition, the braking sensor acted up a few times. Nick managed to fit everything in and checked it all out, including a car wash in 1.5 hrs. Beat dealer service I have had in my entire life. Can't stress how nice, competent and caring the entire staff is! More

Upfront communication needs to be better I dropped off my car at 1130a on 11/10 and awaited the diagnosis that was expected to be between 1-3hrs. I didn't hear back for the rest of the day an I dropped off my car at 1130a on 11/10 and awaited the diagnosis that was expected to be between 1-3hrs. I didn't hear back for the rest of the day and then became aware that Sunday was an off day since I couldn't get a hold of Ellie our anyone in the service department. I was not made aware of this when I dropped off the car. I was then on work travel for the remainder of the week and Angelo was able to keep me informed of the service needs. Frustrating beginning but the car is running better. More
