Disneygal, It sounds like a lot to be accomplished in a 2 hour window, but it is not too much for my great service team at the Sport Mazda Service Center. I don't know if you are a fan of Disney or actually work there, but you can sure see the kind of service we are trying to provide each and every customer. I don't know if you are aware, but this great bunch of friendly people that I call my staff have built a reputation that has made Sport Mazda the Dealerrater Mazda National Dealer of the Year for the last three years and an additional 4 as the Dealerrater Mazda Florida Dealer of the Year. I am sure you have read my responses where I brag about the great communications that my service team provides our customers. It is humbling to read a review where that is not the case. I want to personally apologize to you for the failure of the Service Advisor team to make sure you were properly informed of the status of your car. 1-3 hours unfortunately turned into three days before you were contacted. I have contacted the Service Manager and advised him of this situation and suggested that we put some procedures in place to monitor communications and insure that it never happens again. I am grateful that Angelo made contact with you and took charge to insure that your car was well cared for and that you were kept informed until such time as you were able to retrieve your car. I am happy to know that you could overlook our previous actions and still write a very nice review. Thank you so much for being such a kind customer. We really do value your business.
