I am honestly very happy that Stephen Mendez and the service team were able to make it right for you. Nothing is more annoying than to have your just purchased car, a "certified" vehicle no less, have a major transmission failure. It is not something we would wish on anyone. I am grateful that Stephen made sure you had a loaner car and had it cleared for a replacement transmission that day. It is really a shame that when our Service Advisor and technicians do such a good job for a customer that it is spoiled, in the their eyes, by something so easy to do as washing a car correctly. I can tell you that it is not acceptable and I apologize for your spoiled visit. I am happy that you are our customer. It was kind of your to not penalize the excellent job that the rest of the staff did that day. Nikki, It is always a pleasure to hear from a satisfied customer. Haven't you always wondered what we were doing with your car in the service area. We thought everyone should get a chance to see what happens, so we put in the service bay camera. Glad you mentioned it. I think communications is very important in service, which is why Stephen made sure to check in and update you often.
