Mazdachic22, Thank you for writing this review. Sometimes it is not good news when we have to tell as customer that a part must be ordered. But it is just a fact of life that stocking every part for every model and year is not realistic. Nick, I am sure, made sure that there was no other way before he presented you the news. It sounds like he did everything he could to make sure you knew that we would not inconvenience you unless necessary. Nick making sure about your warranty and offering the loaner car (a new Mazda) was also to make sure you were cared for. What a shame! Losing track of the customers car cost them a Star. But that is understandable. When you expect that your service advisor is taking care of you and feel great about the dealership, then suddenly you find out your washed car has been waiting on the lot is quite a let down.
