Not professional I purchased my car in July 2015 at North Miami, but I live in Kissimmee, I have always serviced my car in Orlando Mazda. I purchased an extended warranty and now my car has over 45k miles. Not a problem well 1 min into explaining that I may be hearing some noise and feeling something odd in the front within a matter of 3 min my problem was diagnosed and prices quoted, what ive never heard of such a quick diagnosis. Then I express I have an extended warranty and instead of saying that's great let's see if we can help you. No was pushed to the finance department. Not a problem I understand there are procedures. So once there they advise me "I" have to call to find out what my warranty is and what is covered. that because I bought in Miami, I have to call Miami. Not professional at all I had to suggest for them to call that location in Miami for me considering they represent mazda and would most likely have their number handy and call for the client...wow this was not customers service at all. No one wanted to help just brush me off. That's not the kicker. Few minutes later I get a call from I think he said his name was Mike from sales asking me if I wanted to upgrade hahaha. So I upgraded my warranty and what did it get. So i explained im not happy i may consider buying from infinity he says they are great ok thanks have a good day....Instead of saying Gil stop by my office let me see how can I help you. I was actually looking to possible buy another Mazda however this may not be the case. As I have had a poor experience. By the way I have a platinum warranty. More

I was told by Nick that there would be a car available for us, but after we arrived was told by James we couldn't have it until they determined what the situation was with my car. We ended up waiting for almost 3 hours, for my car to be completed, and we're never allowed to use the loaner. I had been told we would have a car to use and then never granted access, even though it was being held for us. Very disappointing and biggest concern was that we had planned to eat, but had to wait simply because James wasn't able to let us use the loaner. More
