Gil, This certainly does not sound like the customer service that comes from the Mazda dealer that was just named the Dealerrater Mazda U.S. Dealer of the Year for the 3rd straight year. It looks to me like we have a hole in our process for handling Warranty issues that needs changing. I guarantee that is just exactly what I plan to do. flynlw, Being as good as our word is what I expect at my dealership and what happened to you is not acceptable. Please ask for the Service Manager whenever you are faced with a situation like this. I have a feeling that if Nick had been there this would not have happened. That doesn't make it right, but somewhere our internal communications failed and your did not get what you were promised.
