GolfinIrishLass, The more I read of your review the more excited I got. I thank you for writing such a thorough account of your service visit to Sport Mazda. The one thing that is for sure is that these guys hustled to make sure you got everything you needed and were well taken care of, both you and your car. I am so proud you are a Sport Mazda customer and for driving from the Villages for your Mazda service. I was really surprised at the last part of your review but for the life of me can see only a very little part that we played. I like to think that if anything we are all used sometime to do the Father's will. I am grateful that you reminded us and so thankful you are well. Bclerico, I appreciate the review. I cannot tell you how much that bothers me too. For your car to be repaired and ready to go and then you find out you have to wait to get it cleaned. It makes us look like less than the great service provider we way we are. I haven't heard that it has been a problem before but I promise you I am going to address with the Service Manager. I thank you for letting us know. Since you gave Stephen Mendez the stars I hope it means that the rest of your visit went well and the visit was successful. Amaali, I wish I could say we were perfect all the time but we sometimes make mistakes, but it is not for a lack of trying. I am sure that Ellie Diaz did not mind in the least doing everything to insure that it corrected immediately, even if it took a physical search. You really deserve our best service every time. We respect you as a customer, owner, and friend and want you to be happy with each and every visit. Short of the paperwork issue, I see that Ellie still provided you with a 5 star experience.
