The one thing that is for sure is that these guys hustled to make sure you got everything you needed and were well taken care of, both you and your car. Bclerico, I appreciate the review. I cannot tell you how much that bothers me too. For your car to be repaired and ready to go and then you find out you have to wait to get it cleaned. It makes us look like less than the great service provider we way we are. I haven't heard that it has been a problem before but I promise you I am going to address with the Service Manager. I thank you for letting us know. Since you gave Stephen Mendez the stars I hope it means that the rest of your visit went well and the visit was successful.
