It pays for our customers to make sure that they let them know all they can about any of their concerns when they arrive. They also check the status of all your important systems to provide you more information for planning future services. And, I know it was nice when he told you that the part (battery) was being replace under warranty. Your Service Advisors are a service customers best friends.
