Our Service Advisor, like your Ellie Diaz, do a fantastic job of getting all the information they can from you and then making sure that the service technicians are well briefed when they receive your car. It never stops, the communication between tech and advisor, during the entire visit so that everyone is kept informed. Tony, Service Advisors like Ellie and Nick make all the difference to our customers. They are your representatives on the shop floor and make sure both you and your car are properly cared for. Based on an average day each of the service advisors are handling multiple cars and customers, some for immediate service, others that may be in the shop longer for various reasons.
