That's why while getting my oil changed I decided to put four new BF Goodrich tires on my Infiniti that I bought at Sport Mazda. I had done my research and Rob quoted me the price with service that was identical to the discount tire stores around town. Most people dealerships cost a lot more for the same items but in my experience Sport Mazda is fair every time. Having owned an RX8 before I can attest this has been true for years. Thanks Rob! More

There were numerous electronic updates that had to be completed and Ellie kept me abreast of extra time needed for these updates to be completed. The facility is very customer oriented and I would not travel from Clermont for service unless they were always reliable. If you are in the market for a new vehicle service is always an issue I am concerned about. This is a great place to buy and have your Mazda serviced. You will not be disappointed. More

Good rep but disorganized dealer Rob provided good service. He was very nice and it was a pleasure to deal with him. However, I was dissapointed to hear that the offer I got when I pu Rob provided good service. He was very nice and it was a pleasure to deal with him. However, I was dissapointed to hear that the offer I got when I purchased the car of free maintanance was not in the system. Rob ended up giving me the service for free but I did not like the fact that I had to remind them they gave me this offer. Its almost as if the delaership gives these offers but has no intention of honoring them if you indeed buy the car. This disorganization also occured at the begining of the purchase when the contracts given to us didn't have certain paperwork detailing the coverage of an extra package we purchased. Overall, the service dept is great but it seems like the finance department is not organized nor reliable. More
