Excellent Service and Attention I have been back to the dealer a few times to address an issue that has been beyond their control and something that needed to be resolved by corporat I have been back to the dealer a few times to address an issue that has been beyond their control and something that needed to be resolved by corporate. They have been very helpful communicating with technical support at Mazda trying to fix this. I have only good things to say about the level of service I have received from Donny and the Service Director, Kevin Mullinax who has been very understanding in light of my frustration with this entire situation. Kudos to them for taking ownership of this even though there is nothing they can do but wait for Mazda to figure out the problem. More

I drove to Sport Mazda on Thursday, April 16, the day before we planned to return home to New Jersey. I had no appointment, spoke with Ellie Diaz who made the correct diagnosis and within 1 1/2 hours I was quietly on my way with a clean car which had been washed complimentary by the dealership. It was truly a great day. Thank you Ellie and the Sport Mazda staff. More

FOR MRS DIAZ I came on last Saturday April 25th at 2:30 with an appointment, for an oil change + air filter + tires check....I paid a little more than usual. The total bill was around $ 104 ( the labor fees were high). And now I hear a loue noise when drive, tires noise ? But I was satisfied by the high professional behavior of Mrs. DIAZ. She deserves the entire respect of the customers. More
