Sport Mazda - Service Center

Step Child/Step Customer Donny was my service advisor. A + Service from THIS Sport Mazda Pro! I called sine I was in the area for work, and he was able to get me right i Donny was my service advisor. A + Service from THIS Sport Mazda Pro! I called sine I was in the area for work, and he was able to get me right in, to address some issues with my GPS / Audio Music Device. I am however disappointed to think that since they were unable to actually experience the Audio turning off at times for no reason that they were unable to repair or replace it. I was given a option to leave the car for a full day so they can experience the sudden off of the device for no reason, but, SPORT MAZDA does not offer a loaner car, unless I bought the car from them? This is very disappointing, I bought a $32,000 car, and because I did not BUY IT from this LOCATION, I am sorta treated like a STEP CHILD/CUSTOMER, this is sad, since when I buy my next car, I will remember, the LACK of commitment to EARN my NEW CAR BUYING, business! Great 1st expereince This was the first time that I took our new Mazda in for service and the experience was excellent!! Friendly staff, fast service time.
